Founded in 2006, SRS is a leading retail merchandising company that provides strategic retail solutions to manufacturers and retailers in North America.

Steve is a 30 year veteran of the CPG industry. Steve spent 20 years with Kraft Foods in multiple sales and marketing positions. He worked with multiple retailers including Walmart, Safeway, Ahold among others. His last position with Kraft was Customer Vice President responsible for The Kroger Company.

After leaving Kraft Steve had several senior executive roles with Bonne Bell as well as others within the retail services industry. In 2006 Steve and his wife Mary founded SRS in Cleveland Ohio.

Steve Workman is the Senior Vice President of Sales for Strategic Retail Solutions.  Steve has 24 + years of experience working in the Retail Service Industry.  He brings 35 + years of Sales and Sales Management experience in a Retail environment to SRS.  Over the past two decades, he has owned and operated a regional retail service company and served as an executive for five mid-size national service organizations, Gage Merchandising (formerly PIMMS), National Marketing Services, BDS Marketing, Market Force Information (SPAR) and currently with SRS.  Steve was a founding member and served on the Board of Directors of NARMS (National Association for Retail Marketing Services) for 7 years.   Prior to the retail service industry, Steve began his career with 10 years of consumer product sales with Lever Brothers Company and Entenmann’s Bakery, Inc.  Steve graduated from Widener University with a B.S in Business/Economics and an MBA in Marketing.

Steve resides in Bucks County Pennsylvania with his wife Valerie and has three children.  Steve is an avid sports fan, for everything Philadelphia: Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, and Flyers.  He is an active PIAA Basketball Official and is the chairperson of the Parish Pastoral Council for Our Lady of Guadalupe church in Buckingham, PA.  Steve enjoys golfing, reading, traveling and spending time with his family.

Taylor is a result driven Business Development Manager for Strategic Retail Solutions. He has more than 10 years of professional experience in Sales, Operations and Account Management focusing in the areas of In-Store Retail, Distribution and Logistics. His passion is to drive and complete successful projects for his clients. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys his family, golfing and avid Peloton user. Bill has been in the retail merchandising field for 20 years. Bill spent 10 years with Graeter’s Ice Cream as their National Operations Manager. He worked with multiple retailers including Kroger, Walmart, Albertson’s, Meijers among others. Prior to his time with Graeter’s he was in store management for the Kroger Company.

Directly prior to SRS Bill worked as a client manager for Advantage managing all Kroger business for a billion-dollar manufacturer.  Bill Joined SRS in early 2018 and has since been promoted to Director of Operations.  Bill has 2 adult children and 1 in high school.  Bill and his family live in Cincinnati, Ohio
