Challenge:

Nestle partnered with Walmart to convert their water aisle display in 125 test stores across the United States.

The project’s purpose was to increase the number of pallet positions to ensure “days of supply” met customer demand. This was achieved by moving the “Jug Water Category” above the “Bottled Water Category.”

SRS successfully completed the 125 test stores in a 2-week timeframe, which prompted Walmart’s request to implement the program in 1,800 additional stores. SRS was awarded the work in all 1,800 stores and completed all night resets within 6 weeks.

The implementation of the

Three months after project completion, Walmart
implemented the resets in another 1,000 stores.
