Challenge:

In late 2017, a leading pharmaceutical company received FDA approval for a revolutionary medical device for diabetes management. To ensure patient compliance and safety, the pharmaceutical company needed to train pharmacy staffs across the country on how to properly use the device, so they could provide accurate information to prescribed patients in-store.

SRS successfully implemented a Pharmacy Ambassador Program and a Pharmacy Representative Program

to recruit and train 1,000+ pharmacy ambassadors and dedicated reps, deliver educational collateral, gather important feedback, train pharmacy staff, and deliver comprehensive reporting in 22,000+ pharmacies in less than 12 months.
The Pharmacy Ambassador Program and Pharmacy Representative Program achieved 95% and 91% completion of assigned tasks, respectively. Each program played a critical role in ensuring patient compliance and safety while using the new medical device for diabetes management, and improved sales of an upgraded version introduced in October of 2018. As a result, the leading pharmaceutical company expanded the programs into an additional 18 markets in 2019.
